Outlook inbox updating over and over
To get the latest update immediately, open Outlook and choose File Last updated: January 17, 2018 ISSUE When you attempt to Save All Attachments from an email to a shared network drive, nothing happens.
This issue is seen on version 16.0.8518.1000 and higher.
This issue happens most often with add-ins that leverage the Send To Mail Recipient functionality and MAPI integration.
This issue may also occur when clicking on Skype items and email voice mails.

I can see about 23K mails when I check the synchronization through the inbox properties.
And somehow, it had updated up to 15K and now nothing happens. It appears like what @RDrast has already pointed out.
To be exact, I have created a new profile and kept it to download but still the problem persists. I can assure there's no issue as other users are able to communicate without any issues.
